It was great, about the host and house. TV had a little problem and my mom wanted to watch so we asked for help from Alison, thanks to her. She sent a repair for it. The location was perfect everything was clean, this is my best airbnb experience until now

We stayed at Alison’s beautiful home for 3 nights and is was the best decision we took to book this place . Have stayed at a lot of air bnbs but this was by far the best house stayed in. It is so well designed and landscaped that I would come back to selcuk just for this home . Alison is a wonderful host , she met us and we had the best time . She made sure we had food when we arrived and that was really thoughtful of her.
I would 100% recommend this home to everyone.

The house and garden are so magical!
It is a truly beautiful place. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. The house had everything you could need.
The kitchen was well equipped and there were many stores and restaurants nearby.
Allison arranged pick up from Izmir airport and car rental for the 5 days we were there. Unfortunately I became sick and she convinced me to get checked out in a hospital, which was very fortunate as I had pneumonia! She messaged me regularly to find out how I was doing and I am so grateful she was taking care of us!

Turkey surprised us very much. In particular, the friendliness of the people and the great food! Although Sirince is a place overrun by tourists, the village still has great charm and we had great stays in restaurants!!!

In the heat of summer, you can sit cool and enjoy the pool. In the evening you can collect the stars with your hands. Above the forest. By transportation vehicle. The market is convenient in Selcuk.

Ionia House

Place was perfect! Really top notch quality of furnishings and decor. Up to date but also authentic. Privacy and comfort were fantastic In a small space had several outdoor spaces to gather in plus the pool. All protected from the outside world by a hillside terrace. Alison was great. Met us at arrival, arranged for lunch to be delivered, found us a great guide and picked up the keys-all with a pleasant smile

Perfect house, perfect location! The house is finished to the highest quality and standard, and has everything you might need for a stay here. The pool is superb and is very welcome after a day's sightseeing at the many local historical sights....and the views from the terraces are just as in the photos. The centre of Selcuk is only a 5 minute walk from the house with all the restaurants, shops and amenities you'll ever need. Especially enjoyed visiting Ephesus, Miletus and Temple of Apollo at Didum.

We stayed in the Garden House and shared the garden and pool with our friends who stayed in the Goldsmith House. Both properties were beautiful and spotless. The grounds are gorgeous and make you feel like you are in your own private oasis. Allison was wonderful, she arranged everything for us and even met us upon our arrival to ensure everything was up to standard and to answer all of our questions. Our stay was one of the best we have ever had. We definitely work with Allison again if we return to Selcuk again.

Is was a warm welkom in a fantastic house. The house was great in all aspects: beautiful garden, nice swimmingpool with terras overlooking the city of Selcuk. The house had fully equiped kitchen, good beds and nice bathroom. All build and decorated with great care.

Alison's property is absolutely wonderful. The decoration is charming and everything is well apointed. The pool and the outdoor area are great and there is even a barbecue to grill whatever you bring from the bazaar. The view from the mezzanine is stunning and you can see until the sea. Inside the house you've got all the amenities of a modern home for a perfect stay. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen allows you to cook superb meals. The only down was that we could only stay for two nıghts. Alison is an attentıve host and made us feel very welcome. We'll come back again for sure. Thank you again for everything, Aurelien

We came to stay at Garden House for three nights at the end of our honeymoon. Alison, the host, immediately made us feel very welcome and went well beyond the call of duty throughout. The house itself is beautiful and well appointed. It has a largeish, carefully tended garden with a shady outdoor seating area, and another covered table with a barbecue out at the back. Inside, Garden House is cosy and tastefully decorated. We had an excellent time and thoroughly recommend staying here.

Alison was terrific, very helpful with good local insights into places to go, and ways to make the most of our stay in Selcuk. She arranged the airport transfer (both ways), and facilitated a car rental, and upgraded us to the Ionian House which was unexpected but a nice treat. In short, she' knows what shes doing, and was genuine about helping us love Selcuk and Efus.

Garden House

We booked Garden House for 2 nights and this is our only complain! We should have stayed longer, enjoy this fantastic designed property! The house was clearly design/ renovated by a professional, you can easily detect small well-placed details like build-in cabinets, the layout of the rooms, the kitchen appliances, the custom- made wooden furniture. It has everything you might think ( kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, extra towels, extra sheets and blankets)! We appreciated the design of the shower and the speed of hot running water. The outside space is also fantastic and the yard is beautiful, with manicured grass. In the morning the jasmine and yellow rose smell divine! Bonus: the fluffiest purring cat ever! Extra bonus: a likeable host, anticipating her guests needs! Had exchange lot of messages helping us to get there, provided info about places to eat or to buy. Never had to wait for a response! We are sure that not only Garden House, but all Alison's properties are beautiful and worth to stay at! We would return anytime!

The Garden house was a great stay. The pictures are an accurate representation of the house and grounds. Quite, clean and well appointed. We sincerely enjoyed the stay. Alison was very helpful and communicated well. Hope we can stay there again in the future. NB - If you do have young kids you should be aware that there are some cactus on the property that kids could get into. My one year old could play in the grass and chase the cats around but we did have to watch for the sharp plants. For slightly older kids it would be fine but you have to watch for the little ones.

Alison was very welcoming and informative. The house is lovely...the yard and pool are a wonderfully beautiful respite from the rigors of traveling! The location is very close to the center of town with all visitor services within easy walking distance. Alison arranged for a tour and guide as well as a car rental on another day. It was all very flawless. highly recommend the house!

Wow!! This house was perfect for a family vacation. The outdoor dining terrace was beautiful. Selcuk is a charming town with a great farmers market, restaurants, and shops. The location provides easy access to a number of historical sites. Alison was a terrific host. She arranged for a cook and a driver, who were both fantastic! Even after our stay was over she continued to help us out when we were in the area. We all agreed it was a 5 star stay. I would definitely stay at The Stone House again. Thank you Alison from all of us!!

We had a great stay at Goldsmith House and it exceeded my expectations - the house was nicely equipped for a short stay and extremely well taken care of. Grounds and house were beautiful and kept very clean. The host was extremely helpful and arranged local transfers and car hire at a very reasonable price- she had great knowledge of the local attractions and provided some useful tips and ideas.

Das Haus und der Garten sind idyllisch, der Pool wurde von uns und den Kindern rege genutzt. Die Lage in Selcuk ist optimal, ein ruhiges Quartier und um die Ecke Moschee, Basilika und Festung, das Stadtzentrum hinter ein paar Gassen. Selcuk ist gemütlich und angenehm, genau richtig, um die Hektik der Touristenorte zu umgehen. Danke!!!!

We were absolutely decided with our choice of villa - and Alison is a star. She made us feel very welcome and her advice and help throughout made our stay pleasant. The villa is beautiful, the weather was great - what else could we ask for!

We really want to thank you Alisson, for this wonderful house which was, surprisingly (in comparison of a majority of announces) exactly what we waited for regarding the description and pictures. Selcuk is really a good destination, not too touristic, but near a lot of must sites. The cook was really good, and the services in general. We recommand warmly Alisson !

Stone House is a luxury villa overlooking the atmospheric town of Selcuk, an archeological treasure trove. The house itself is a joy, and Alison was the perfect host. Her response time was phenomenal, her local knowledge invaluable and her attention to detail ensured we settled in seamlessly. The terrace, pool and sauna were put to good use and the worst thing about the house was that it was so nice it was hard to leave to see the incredible sights. Like the stalks we would have liked to stay longer. I can't recommend Stone House enough.

What can I say other than we had a perfect time at Goldsmith house. It is in a perfect spot for exploring the city. We where only meant to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying 5 because we loved it so much. I think part of our enjoyment would have to be our amazing new friend Alison. There was nothing Alison wouldn't try and do to make our stay better, from helping us change travels plans to tips on what to do. We also got to spend some wonderful nights with her having lots of laughs over dinner and a bottle of wine or 2........

Evin konumu Efes, Meryem Ana evi, St. Jean Basilikası, İsabey Camii gibi tarihi yapılara yakınlığıyla farklı bir tatta tatil yapmamıza olanak sundu. Pamucak plajına arabayla on dakika mesafede olması nedeniyle de deniz keyfinden de geri kalmadık. Taş yapıya sahip olan ev sıcak havalarda bile serin kalırken klima eksikliğini hissettirmedi bile. Ailecek konakladığımız evde küçük kardeşim çok keyif aldı, havuzu ve bahçesi çocuklar için birebir. Tatil köyü mantalitesinden uzakta değişik bir tatil deneyimi oldu, farklı bir yöre farklı bir konum tatilimizi renklendirdi. Verandada yaptığımız sabah kahvaltıları günümüzün güzel başlangıcı oldu. Alison ise çok sıcakkanlı ve sempatik bir ev sahibesiydi, çevrede gezilmesi gereken yerler, restoranlar ve plajlar hakkında çok güzel ipuçları verdi. Ayrıca herhangi bir ihtiyacımızda kendisini arama rahatlığını vermesi tatilimizi bir nebze daha rahatlattı.

The location of the house in Ephesus, House of Virgin Mary, St. Jean Basilica, the proximity to historical buildings such as Isabey Mosque has allowed us to offer holidays in a different taste. due to the Pamucak ten minutes drive from the beach, we also enjoy staying well back from the sea. Stone houses with structure did not feel the lack of air conditioning, even while remaining cool even in hot weather. We enjoyed very much at home with my little brother accommodate the whole family, it is perfect for children with pool and garden. Resort was a far different holiday experience from the mentality, a different position, a different colored our holiday region. breakfast on the patio in the morning we did today was a nice start. Alison is very friendly and was sympathetic landlady, places to visit around, gave very good tips about restaurants and beaches. In addition, any need to give us our holiday search comfort him a little bit more at ease.

We actually were upgraded to the Ionia House because another family was staying at the Garden House and Alison wanted to make sure our place was available on arrival and did not want our family to wait for the cleaning! Alison was a fabulous hostess, she met us at the Ionia House and explained everything upon arrival. She made arrangements for transfers to and from the airport, and a guide to Ephesus for a day. The Ionian House is beautifully restored. Alison also had breakfast items available for us. The Ionia House is centrally located with a beautiful view of the Byzantine Castle. The only issue was the Wifi for the internet was having some issues. Alison stopped by the next morning with her son to try and fix it. The Wifi internet was up and down and not working consistently. But there are many places with free Wifi around town. The people in Turkey are gracious and helpful. We were surprised at how many spoke English. Our guide even brought us some home made quiche and yogurt, his sister made. We would definitely recommend this property and stay with Alison again!!

Stone House is a beautiful home well situated in Selcuk which is close to so many wonderful sites. It is 2 km from Ephesus and a short trip to a beach. The house has been exquisitely renovated and the suana, pool, outdoor fireplace/oven combo is wonderful. The house is actually 2 separate buildings and affords plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors, the view from the rooftop terrace is incredible. My only negative comment is that the only real indoor common space, other the kitchen, is situated off the master bedroom, but if you are there when the weather is warm it would never be a problem. Allison was very attentive and helpful and attention to detail is superb. Truly a wonderful place to spend time while in Turkey.

It was my 1st time to rent a house for the holiday. And I really had a very positive experience, it was way beyond my experience. Alison was on hand when we arrived to introduce the property, give us advice on local attractions and provide a warm welcome. She is a true professional, honest, friendly, and most available when I had questions. The location of Goldsmith House was very convenient as it was easy to access Selcuk and nearby sights. The two bedrooms are most comfortable, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, beautiful pool, pretty garden and some friendly visiting cats. For a very homey atmosphere and if you're looking for a non-hotel experience, Goldsmith House is a perfect choice in a great location with a reasonable price.

This is a really great house. It is well situated to enjoy the laid back atmosphere of Selcuk and to walk to Ephesus. It is well equipped and the swimming pool and garden are absolutely lovely. Alison also gave us some good tips on restaurants and the 2 we tried were excellent.
