Enter Helios House garden and you’re greeted by an outstanding view of the St John’s Church, this beautiful property has all the necessities for a super comfortable stay.

  • Fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a comfortable stay.

Sitting/dining room

  • Comfortable chairs and plenty of space for relaxing with beautiful garden views and air conditioning.
  • A dining table is situated in a beautiful spot with fantastic garden views.
  • Inside garden terrace where you can sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful garden views.

Bathroom

  • A large tiled bathroom with shower/sink/toilet and washing machine.

Garden

  • You enter Helios House property by the garden door and the first thing you’ll see is the wonderful view of St John’s Church and the garden with plentiful flower beds, you walk through the garden to reach the house. on the middle terrace, there is a table and chairs perfect for outside dining and relaxing.
  • There is also an outdoor shower great for cooling off in summer.

Guest access

  • Guests have private access to the whole of Helios House and garden, it is totally private

Other things to note

  • Helios House has a super wood burning fireplace in the living room, I provide you with two sacks of wood but should you like any extra wood during your stay there is an extra fee per sack of wood.

It was great, about the host and house. TV had a little problem and my mom wanted to watch so we asked for help from Alison, thanks to her. She sent a repair for it. The location was perfect everything was clean, this is my best airbnb experience until now

We stayed at Alison’s beautiful home for 3 nights and is was the best decision we took to book this place . Have stayed at a lot of air bnbs but this was by far the best house stayed in. It is so well designed and landscaped that I would come back to selcuk just for this home . Alison is a wonderful host , she met us and we had the best time . She made sure we had food when we arrived and that was really thoughtful of her.
I would 100% recommend this home to everyone.

The house and garden are so magical!
It is a truly beautiful place. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. The house had everything you could need.
The kitchen was well equipped and there were many stores and restaurants nearby.
Allison arranged pick up from Izmir airport and car rental for the 5 days we were there. Unfortunately I became sick and she convinced me to get checked out in a hospital, which was very fortunate as I had pneumonia! She messaged me regularly to find out how I was doing and I am so grateful she was taking care of us!
